How many labor hours should one be charged to change out a saturn alternator for a transversed engine?

Depending on where it's positioned and what else has to be moved, I would say up to two hours, but that's being liberal with time. Anyone that does it regularly probaby can do it faster. However, most hour-charges are drawn from a preset time in the billing, so it's usually a flat-rate time to bill someone for.How many labor hours should one be charged to change out a saturn alternator for a transversed engine?

depends on if its a sohc or dohc



the sohc is about an hour and the dohc engine is 2.5 hours
